Logically Collective on Mat

Input Parameters

F - the factored matrix obtained by calling MatGetFactor() from PETSc-MUMPS interface
icntl - index of MUMPS parameter array INFOG()

Output Parameter

ival -value of MUMPS INFOG(icntl)
