hash implementation of the
ISLocalToGlobalMapping
object. When
ISGlobalToLocalMappingApply
() is used this is good for large memory problems.

-islocaltoglobalmapping_type hash
- select this method
Notes: This is selected automatically for large problems if the user does not set the type.
