 Take in a mesh with all intermediate faces, edges, etc. and return a cell-vertex mesh

Input Parameter

dm -The complete DMPlex object

Output Parameter

dmUnint -The DMPlex object with only cells and vertices

Notes: It does not copy over the coordinates.
