Remove the latest options prefix, see PetscOptionsPrefixPush() for details

PetscErrorCode PetscOptionsPrefixPop(PetscOptions options)
Not Collective, but prefix will only be popped on calling ranks
Input Parameters
options -options database, or NULL for the default global database
