DMDAGetNumCells

Get the number of cells in the local piece of the DMDA. This includes ghost cells.

dm -The DM object

	numCellsX	- The number of local cells in the x-direction

	numCellsZ	- The number of local cells in the z-direction
	numCells	- The number of local cells
