Gets the status of the Jacobian domain error after a call to SNESComputeJacobian()

Input Parameter

• snes - the SNES context

Output Parameter

• domainerror - Set to PETSC_TRUE if there’s a Jacobian domain error; PETSC_FALSE otherwise.
