Create a hash table with a given initial size

PetscErrorCode PetscHMapIJCreateWithSize(PetscInt n, PetscHMapIJ *ht)

Input Parameter

• n - The size of the hash table

Output Parameter

• ht - The hash table

Note

n must be non-negative.
