MatLMVMIsAllocated

Returns a boolean flag that shows whether the necessary data structures for the underlying matrix is allocated.

PetscErrorCode MatLMVMIsAllocated(Mat B, PetscBool *flg)

Input Parameter

• B - A MATLMVM matrix

Output Parameter

• flg - PETSC_TRUE if allocated, PETSC_FALSE otherwise
