Gets the preconditioning side.

Input Parameter#

ksp - iterative context obtained from KSPCreate()

Output Parameter#

side - the preconditioning side, where side is one of

      PC_LEFT      - left preconditioning (default)
      PC_RIGHT     - right preconditioning
      PC_SYMMETRIC - symmetric preconditioning
