KSPGetMinimumIterations#

Gets the minimum number of iterations to use, regardless of the tolerances, that was set with KSPSetMinimumIterations() or -ksp_min_it

ksp - the Krylov subspace context

Output Parameter#

minit - minimum number of iterations to use
