• DMPLEX_REORDER_DEFAULT_NOTSET - Flag not set.

• DMPLEX_REORDER_DEFAULT_FALSE - Do not reorder by default.

• DMPLEX_REORDER_DEFAULT_TRUE - Reorder by default.

Developer Note

Could be replaced with PETSC_BOOL3
