MatSetType#

Builds matrix object for a particular matrix type

PetscErrorCode MatSetType(Mat mat, MatType matype)

Input Parameters#

  • mat - the matrix object

  • matype - matrix type

Options Database Key#

  • -mat_type - Sets the type; see MatType
