MatLMVMSetJ0Scale

Allows the user to define a scalar value mu such that J0 = mu*I.

PetscErrorCode MatLMVMSetJ0Scale(Mat B, PetscReal scale)

Input Parameters

• B - An LMVM-type matrix

• scale - Scalar value mu that defines the initial Jacobian
