Allows the user to define a scalar value mu such that J0 = mu*I. 
## Synopsis

PetscErrorCode MatLMVMSetJ0Scale(Mat B, PetscReal scale)
```

## Input Parameters

- ***B -*** An LMVM-type matrix
- ***scale -*** Scalar value mu that defines the initial Jacobian
