 Gets an index set containing the corner indices (in local coordinates) of the non-overlapping decomposition identified by DMDAGetElements

dm - the DM object

Output Parameters

is - the index set

Notes

Call DMDARestoreSubdomainCornersIS() once you have finished accessing the index set.
