PetscSignalSegvCheckPointerOrMpi

 To be called from a signal handler for SIGSEGV. If the signal was received while executing PetscCheckPointer()/PetscCheckMpiGpuAwareness(), this function longjmps back there, otherwise returns with no effect. This function is called automatically by PetscSignalHandlerDefault().
