Input Parameters
| tj | - the trajectory object
|
| ts | - the time stepper object (optional)
|
| stepnum | - the step number
|
| time | - the current time
|
| X | - the current solution
|
Notes: Usually one does not call this routine, it is called automatically during TSSolve()
