Input Parameters
| ts | - the TS context obtained from TSCreate()
|
| x | - state vector
|
Output Parameters
| J | - Jacobian matrix
|
| Jpre | - preconditioning matrix for J (may be same as J)
|
Notes
Using SNES to compute the Jacobian enables finite differencing when TS Jacobian is not available.
