PetscErrorCode PetscMallocPopMaximumUsage(int event,PetscLogDouble *mu)

Input Parameter
event -an event id; this is just for error checking
Output Parameter
mu -maximum amount of memory malloced during this event; high water mark relative to the beginning of the event
