	pc	- the preconditioner context
	ksp	- the Krylov subspace context

    PCPreSolve(pc,ksp);
    KSPSolve(ksp,b,x);
    PCPostSolve(pc,ksp);

KSPSolve() calls this routine directly, so it is rarely called by the user.
