Input Parameters
| ts | - the TS context

| t | - current timestep

| U | - state vector

| Udot | - time derivative of state vector
|
| shift | - shift to apply, see note below
|
| imex | - flag indicates if the method is IMEX so that the RHSJacobian should be kept separate
|
