PetscErrorCode DMLabelGetStratumIS(DMLabel label, PetscInt value, IS *points)
Not collective
Input Parameters
| label | - the DMLabel
|
| value | - the stratum value
|
Output Paramater
points -The stratum points
Notes
The output IS should be destroyed when no longer needed.
Returns NULL if the stratum is empty.
