	dm	- a DMSwarm
	fieldname	- the textual name given to a registered field

The field with name fieldname must be defined as having a data type of PetscScalar.

This function must be called prior to calling DMCreateLocalVector(), DMCreateGlobalVector(). Mutiple calls to DMSwarmVectorDefineField() are permitted.
