Input Aguments
| tagger | - the VecTagger context
|
| vec | - the vec to tag
|
Output Arguments
IS -a list of the indices tagged by the tagger, i.e., if the number of local indices will be n / bs, where n is VecGetLocalSize() and bs is VecTaggerGetBlockSize().
