Initial release of Variorum

Variorum v0.1.0 has been released!

This is the initial public release of this software. It includes support for Intel platforms – Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge, Haswell, Broadwell, Skylake, and Kaby Lake architectures, as well as for the Power9 architecture from IBM.
