PetscErrorCode PetscDSSetAdjacency(PetscDS prob, PetscInt f, PetscBool useCone, PetscBool useClosure)

prob - The PetscDS object
f - The field number
useCone - Flag for variable influence starting with the cone operation
useClosure - Flag for variable influence using transitive closure
