 Generates a mesh.

PetscErrorCode DMPlexGenerate(DM boundary, const char name[], PetscBool interpolate, DM *mesh)

Input Parameters

boundary - The DMPlex boundary object
name - The mesh generation package name
interpolate - Flag to create intermediate mesh elements

Output Parameter

mesh -The DMPlex object
