viewer -PetscViewer context, obtained from PetscViewerBinaryOpen()
Output Parameter
flg -PETSC_TRUE if MPI IO is being used
Options Database
-viewer_binary_mpiio : Flag for using MPI-IO
Fortran Note
This routine is not supported in Fortran.
