 Gets the preconditioning side.

PetscErrorCode  SNESGetPCSide(SNES snes,PCSide *side)

Input Parameter

snes -iterative context obtained from SNESCreate()

Output Parameter

side -the preconditioning side, where side is one of 
      PC_LEFT - left preconditioning (default)
      PC_RIGHT - right preconditioning
