PetscStageLogGetEventPerfLog

 This function returns the PetscEventPerfLog for the given stage.

Input Parameters

stageLog - The PetscStageLog
stage - The stage

Output Parameter

eventLog -The PetscEventPerfLog

Developer Notes: Inline since called for EACH PetscEventLogBeginDefault() and PetscEventLogEndDefault()
