MatMFFDDSSetUmin

 Sets the "umin" parameter used by the PETSc routine for computing the differencing parameter, h, which is used for matrix-free Jacobian-vector products.

Input Parameters

A - the matrix created with MatCreateSNESMF()
umin - the parameter
