Synopsis
PetscErrorCode PetscFree(void *memory)
Not Collective
Input Parameter
memory -memory to free (the pointer is ALWAYS set to 0 upon sucess)
Notes: Memory must have been obtained with PetscNew() or PetscMalloc()
