AOInitializePackage
This function initializes everything in the AO package. It is called from PetscDLLibraryRegister() when using dynamic libraries, and on the first call to AOCreate().
Synopsis
PetscErrorCode AOInitializePackage(const char path[])
Input Parameter
path - The dynamic library path, or PETSC_NULL
