PetscViewerBinaryGetSkipHeader#

checks whether to write a header with size information on output, or just raw data

Synopsis#

PetscErrorCode PetscViewerBinaryGetSkipHeader(PetscViewer viewer, PetscBool *skip)

Notes#

This must be called after PetscViewerSetType()

Returns PETSC_FALSE for PETSCSOCKETVIEWER, you cannot skip the header for it.
