Finds the PETSc name of a datatype from its ADIOS name

Input Parameter#

htype - the ADIOS datatype (for example H5T_NATIVE_DOUBLE, …)

Output Parameter#

ptype - the PETSc datatype name (for example PETSC_DOUBLE)
