Creates a matrix coloring context for the matrix product C=A*B^T.

Input Parameters#

mat - the matrix product C
iscoloring - the coloring of the matrix; usually obtained with MatColoringCreate() or DMCreateColoring()

Output Parameter#

color - the new coloring context
