## Synopsis

PETSC_INTERN PetscErrorCode PetscSocketListen(int listenport, int *t)
```

## Input Parameter

- ***listenport -*** obtained with `PetscSocketEstablish()`



## Output Parameter

- ***t -*** pass this to read() to read what is passed to this connection
