VECHIP = "hip" - A `VECSEQHIP` on a single-process communicator, and `VECMPIHIP` otherwise. 
## Options Database Keys

- ***-vec_type hip -*** sets the vector type to `VECHIP` during a call to `VecSetFromOptions()`
