Computes the objective function value at a given point

## Input Parameters

- ***ls -*** the `TaoLineSearch` context
- ***x -*** input vector



## Output Parameter

- ***f -*** Objective value at `x`





## Note
`TaoLineSearchComputeObjective()` is typically used within line searches
so most users would not generally call this routine themselves.
