Returns the user-provided context associated with a `TAOSHELL`

## Input Parameter

- ***tao -*** should have been created with `TaoSetType`(tao,`TAOSHELL`);



## Output Parameter

- ***ctx -*** the user provided context





## Note
This routine is intended for use within various shell routines
