Restores updated state and time-derivative history vectors obtained with `TSTrajectoryGetUpdatedHistoryVecs()`.

## Input Parameters

- ***tj   -*** the `TSTrajectory` context
- ***U    -*** state vector at given time (can be interpolated)
- ***Udot -*** time-derivative vector at given time (can be interpolated)
