Sets the maximum time step when using the TSPseudoTimeStepDefault() routine.

## Input Parameters

- ***ts -*** the timestep context
- ***maxdt -*** the maximum time step, use a non-positive value to deactivate

- ***-ts_pseudo_max_dt <increment> -*** set pseudo max dt
