Runs the user-defined JacobianP function.

## Input Parameters

- ***ts   -*** The `TS` context obtained from `TSCreate()`
- ***t -*** the time
- ***U -*** the solution at which to compute the Jacobian



## Output Parameter

- ***Amat -*** the computed Jacobian
