Sets the linesearch on the `SNES` instance.

## Input Parameters

- ***snes -*** iterative context obtained from `SNESCreate()`
- ***linesearch   -*** the linesearch object





## Note
Use `SNESGetLineSearch()` to retrieve the preconditioner context (for example,
to configure it using the API).
