Gets the status of the Jacobian domain error after a call to `SNESComputeJacobian()`;

## Input Parameter

- ***snes -*** the `SNES` context



## Output Parameter

- ***domainerror -*** Set to `PETSC_TRUE` if there's a Jacobian domain error; `PETSC_FALSE` otherwise.
