- ***sf -*** communication object to duplicate
- ***opt -*** `PETSCSF_DUPLICATE_CONFONLY`, `PETSCSF_DUPLICATE_RANKS`, or `PETSCSF_DUPLICATE_GRAPH` (see `PetscSFDuplicateOption`)



## Output Parameter

- ***newsf -*** new communication object
