Gets the local size for a `PetscLayout` object. 
## Synopsis

PetscErrorCode PetscLayoutGetLocalSize(PetscLayout map, PetscInt *n)
```

## Input Parameter

- ***map -*** pointer to the map



## Output Parameter

- ***n -*** the local size





## Note
Call this after the call to `PetscLayoutSetUp()`
