# ISLOCALTOGLOBALMAPPINGBASIC
basic implementation of the `ISLocalToGlobalMapping` object. When `ISGlobalToLocalMappingApply()` is used this is good for only small and moderate size problems.

## Developer Note
This stores all the mapping information on each MPI rank.
