Sets the `PetscDualSpace` used to define the inner product

## Input Parameters

- ***fvm -*** The `PetscFV` object
- ***sp  -*** The `PetscDualSpace` object





## Note
A simple dual space is provided automatically, and the user typically will not need to override it.
