- ***fem -*** The `PetscFE` object



## Output Parameters

- ***blockSize -*** The number of elements in a block
- ***numBlocks -*** The number of blocks in a batch
- ***batchSize -*** The number of elements in a batch
- ***numBatches -*** The number of batches in a chunk
